NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Manages external teams, agencies, partners and sets team and individual goals that align with department and function goals. Coaches staff, creates opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition and rewards. Develops team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance. Provide direction and inspiration for a group of designers. Lead team by providing key concepts, strategies and brand positioning. Communicate design concepts to various internal and external audiences. Contribute strategically to the business component of brand design. Provide ideas that influence, increase and enhance the department. Applies business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives within or across disciplines or departments. Up to 15% travel is required for this position.

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Art Direction, or Graphics/Packaging and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or design related occupation. Experience must include:
