We’re on the lookout for a Senior Artworker to join our team in São Paulo.

*Must live in São Paulo

* Fluent English required

About you

As a Senior Artworker, you are an experienced professional with over 10 years in packaging print production. Your portfolio showcases your experience across sectors like FMCG, Drinks, Health, Beauty and/or Personal Care. You're proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with an eye for detail and expertise in print and colour proofing.

Your role involves ensuring designs are implemented accurately and to the highest standard, taking into account technical or print constraints. You take responsibility for the profitability of artwork phases of projects and act as the 'brand guardian' for your clients, ensuring top-notch artwork production.

With excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and approachability, you lead your team effectively, offering guidance to junior members. You maintain calm under pressure, work with passion and commitment, and are always open to new ideas.

About the position

• To fully understand the brief for taking designs into artwork as discussed with the designer and client servicing and to question any points that need clarification.
• To produce artwork within the agreed budget and deadline.
• To proactively liaise with designers showing them your work-in-progress.
• To ensure that artwork is correctly annotated.
• To ensure that ISO procedures have been adhered to.
• Responsible for colour-proofing within Design Bridge London.
• To be the ‘brand guardian’ on your allocated clients ensuring the artwork is produced to the highest standards.
• To follow the technical specifications for producing artwork as supplied by the Production Team.
• To keep the Production Manager and Production Project Managers informed as to any circumstances that may have an impact on the budget or deadline.
• To work with enthusiasm, passion, and commitment.
• To oversee anyone working on your designated clients.
• Offering solutions to print issues.
• To offer guidance to junior members of both internal & external teams.

Your Skills

• Training course in Graphic Design, Digital Design or Marketing
• Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Luxury and/or Health
• Ensuring that designs are implemented to the highest standard, accurately and according to the designers' brief.
• Taking responsibility for the profitability of artwork phases of projects.
