Job Description

STRATEGIC ARTIST RELATIONS

In this role you'll be developing and leading a global brand ambassador program in music. You'll also conduct analysis and research of the music talent landscape in alignment with local and regional music marketing teams. You'll focus on developing strategic and long-term relationships with selected artists in line with the current global music strategy as well as having constant status and development check-ins with the global music projects and network team.

STRATEGIC INDUSTRY RELATIONS

You'll be responsible for identifying and mapping relevant music industry partners for the global music marketing program on a regional or continental basis. You'll also be developing strategic and efficient cooperation frameworks to strengthen and further expand the global music marketing program. Additionally, you'll develop and streamline workflows between industry partners and local music marketing teams.

CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL AND GLOBAL SYNERGIES

In this role you'll be identifying touchpoints with artist and music industry partners across all of Red Bull’s major global marketing initiatives as well as streamlining workflows to create stronger synergies and efficiencies in working with relevant artists. You'll have a close exchange, interaction, and alignment with selected local culture marketing teams for guidance in strategic artist relations, collaborations, and initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-year experience in the music industry specially working with established artists (preferably in the US/UK)

Experience in brand marketing and/or brand cooperations/campaigns

Strong project management skills

Strong team player, team leader with excellent communication skills

Excellent skills in MS office programs (word, excel, power point …)

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.717,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
