About the Team

Asia equity trading management team managing Asia equity trading desks across Asian countries, generate innovative ideas, manage trading risks, opportunities, and performance, prioritize revenue generating projects.

About the Role

• The role will cover communication between regional head/deputy head & trading desks across different Asian countries/teams about trading strategies, desks performance, real-time trading risk management and limits/capacities allocation.
• The candidate will be involved with projects managed by Asia trading strategy team with two main areas: revenue generating with potential trading opportunities and risk mitigation/ innovation.
• The candidate will also work closely with Traders & Strats, involved in trading alpha research/modelling, from model inception, to development, and on-going trading performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years related working experience in financial service industry.
• Strong communication skill, able to build up the relationship and trust among the stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management, portfolio optimization, systematic strategy construction is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in Mandarin/ Chinese language is preferred, but not a must.
• Familiar with Coding, Python/ Java will be an advantage.
• Understand trading flow, risk trading and experience in management trading related project would be preferred.
