Job Description
Supports internal and external global stakeholders and associates by serving as an escalation point for HR questions, processes, and inquiries through AskHR. This associate is responsible for communicating and responding to advanced, high-touch and complex associate inquiries and triaging appropriate COEs as necessary. This associate will manage programs and special projects in the AskHR function, including New Hire Experience, crisis response, and other associate-facing large-scale projects and initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Provide specialized support to escalated inquiries (AskHR Admin Tier 2) from Gartner associates, HR teams and COEs, and external HR stakeholders, with a significant focus on onboarding and recently hired associates
- Process and analyze HR and ServiceNow data for reporting purposes tied to New Hire Experience and AskHR special projects
- Project Manage a variety of AskHR initiatives
- Support HR Compliance and M&A projects as needed
- Support crisis support efforts, with focus on associate communication via AskHR
- Maintain, audit, and create AskHR knowledge base articles, partnering with COEs to create new content for AskHR knowledge base.
- Serve as back-up for AskHR queue management, reporting, and AskHR branded communications
Who you are:
- 8-10 years of direct human resources generalist and/or business partner experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Superb customer service skills and sense of urgency in a services environment
- Proven experience in drafting and delivering written and verbal HR-related communications
- Inquiry ticketing/triage experience, preferably in a system (ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and/or documentation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply business rules
- Effective research and project management skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
- HRIS experience preferred, preferably Workday
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a virtual team
- Knowledge of associate experience journey, HR compliance, and M&A work preferred
