ASPIRE Program Overview:

The ASPIRE Program is a 12-24-month rotational program beginning in June 2023 with 18 months of professional development (1 module/quarter). Participants will go through rotations within their specified business unit to gain insight and skills needed to be successful in their field. The program combines real-world special projects, ongoing learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, including leadership, to create a well-rounded future leader.

What we need:

Mohawk is looking for an ASPIRE Marketing Candidate who will support our Soft Surfaces marketing, Events/Communications, E-commerce, and Brand Experience teams.

What you'll do:

• Strategic Business & Product Marketing: Drive product marketing strategies and marketing activation projects including collaboration with Product Launch teams, Marketing COEs.
• Events / PR /Communications: Assist with event planning and logistics for large scale events, and PR/Communications initiatives including key messaging to customers and external audiences.
• Ecommerce/Digital Marketing: Develop digital skillsets to support e-commerce website functions for Mohawk, Karastan and Godfrey Hirst brands. Drive website strategies, including consumer journey, content creation & maintenance.
• Brand Experience: Social Media content planning & activation, community mgmt. Support inhouse insights including Brand health, segmentation & other ad hoc studies.

What you have:

• Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a master's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field
• Excellent academic record with a strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
• 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
• Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
• Permanent work authorization in the United States
• A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations

• Domestic travel will be required and will be reimbursed
