Position Summary

As an Assembly Coordinator, you will be in charge of driving and controlling all production activities within the assembly unit following production schedules, customer requirements, and goals established by the head of the department to achieve the required production volume and efficiency that meets pre-firm quality, delivery, and service requirements

Your Role

• Prepare the structure for future start-ups and new projects.
• Ensure production needs (organization, material, training, equipment);
• Participate in defining training needs and determining promotions for staff under his or her responsibility.
• Monitor product development in multidisciplinary groups;
• Ensure the reliability of the declarations of all projects at its expense.
• Monitor performance indicators;
• Ensure compliance with work procedures and standards;
• Establish corrective action plans in case of deviation;
• contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement;
• Make unplanned adjustments to the production program.
• Calculate indicators for hygiene, safety, production, absenteeism, quality, overtime, regular hours, completion of production plans, indirect control costs...
• Contributing to social stability and conflict management

Your Background

• Master's degree with 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry
• Management skills
• diagnostic and synthesis skills in decision-making
• Team management Skills in continuous improvement orientation
• Speak French and English languages Fluently.
