Position Overview
The Asset Management Analyst will be part of a team responsible for hardware asset control. The Asset Management Analyst will follow control solutions used to protect hardware assets throughout all stages of their life cycle. This role ensures the security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review from acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal.

• Process incoming shipments
• Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts
• Analyze and, when able, correct cycle count discrepancies
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain IT Hardware and Software asset tracking in the asset management system
• Maintain, update, and implement processes, procedures, and systems for tracking and analyzing hardware from acquisition through retirement

Education And Experience

• Experience with monitoring inventory to ensure stock is sufficient to support company needs, and oversight of replenishment strategies across multiple locations
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• 2+ years of experience
• Certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Manager (CHAMP) is a plus
• ServiceNow experience is a plus

The pay range for this position is $48,410 - $75,000 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
