Asset Management Summer Intern

Sol Systems is seeking a Summer Intern for our Asset Management team in our Washington, DC office. The intern will assist the team in monitoring the operating and financial performance of Sol Systems assets under management and preparing analysis to support the decision making of management and external stakeholders. 

Through this role, the Intern will gain familiarity with financial models, creating presentations for investors and senior management and learning the operations of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review and analysis of financial models and projections 
• Gather primary system data from reports and system operators 
• Prepare presentations and written summaries
• Other assigned projects 

A successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: 

• Pursuing degree in Finance, Math, Economics, Business, or related field 
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to synthesize complex information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence
• Creative problem solver

Location & Hours: This internship will be based in our Washington, DC office. This internship requires 30-40 hours per week. 

Commitment & Compensation: This is a paid internship.
