What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing both the Asset and Pricing teams, so experience with either purchasing or quoting is required
• Oversees the strategic objectives for their teams; creates tactical solutions to meet/exceed objectives.
• Monitors process, progress, and results. Sets the team direction and priorities, accountable for team performance.
• Actively enhances team through recruiting, hiring, and creating personnel development plans.
• Identifies and nurtures high potential talent; plans succession for team and strategically partners with larger organization to build a talent pipeline for positions outside of immediate team.
• Serve as the point person for sales team for strategic opportunities, problem resolution and escalated issues.
• Drives large deals for their team; negotiates aggressively in the deal process with suppliers.
• Coordinates quoting strategy with sales team for large opportunities.
• Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
• Measure performance against goals and evaluates results.
• Works cross functionally withing and outside of Arrow to accomplish team objectives and resolve problems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed team
• Knowledge and experience with Arrow's Oracle systems is preferred
• Interconnect experience preferred

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$91,600.00 - $135,302.73
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
