Asset & Wealth Management - Issue Resolution Analyst

As an Issue Resolution Analyst, you will provide an expert care for exceptions, issues, and escalations that require urgent and thorough research, analysis, and remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve exceptions and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and prioritize escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex issues.
• Document and track all issues, exceptions, and escalations, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on issue resolution status.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, issue resolution, exception handling, or a related role in Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
