THE ROLE
Reporting to the VP of Assignments, the Assignments Training Manager position is responsible for supporting our assignments team with world-class training. Candidates for this role will be subject matter experts in all areas of recruiting and account management training. This includes developing new training techniques to support the development and growth of our teams.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
Prepare new hires by conducting orientation; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation with all new hires
Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training education for teammates
Participate in planning, development, and modification of internal courses, instructor materials, customized courses, and self-paced learning modules.Â
Analyze day-to-day needs for training for the Assignments team
Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
Actively participates in meetings and discussions concerning process improvements and changes in processes.Â
Collect feedback from trainees and identify process improvements
Measure the impact of training sessions and curriculums to identify the tangible impact of trainingÂ
Determines training needs by shadowing assignment operations teammates; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with managers.
WHO YOU ARE
3 to 5 years of work experience as a sales trainer or similar position
Experience in a sales position is a plus
Healthcare knowledge is not required but beneficial
Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including developing and designing effective training programs that include in-person activities and web-based learning
Ability to work with leaders across multiple programs and product lines
Ability to develop and design effective sales training programs
Experience with e-learning platforms such as WorkRamp
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to influence behavior without formal management authority
Professionally develop and propose new ideas and challenge the status quo to improve training success
Excellent time management and customer service skills
Excellent presentation skills
Great interpersonal and organizational skills
Additional certifications in training are a plus
The estimated compensation for this role is $61,000- $68,000.
