Job Description

The Assistant Account Executive will be part of the Surety bond team. This role will be a support position offering help to the Account Executives on the team. Responsibilities include entering information into Surety bond and agency management systems, entering leads into databases, executing bonds and sending out to clients, projects and much more. If you have Surety bond experience, that is a huge plus, but we are also willing to teach and train the right candidate. We are looking for a person who takes initiative, able to handle a high volume fast paced environment and wants to get their foot in the door with a solid company offering a career path into an Account Executive role one day.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support Account Executives on the team

Enter information into Surety bond and agency management systems

Projects

Enter leads into databases

Execute and send bonds to clients

Notarize documents

Additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a business administrative role
  • Proficiency with email/Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Word
  • Go-getter with a great personality and a desire to grow their career
  • Computer skills and acumen
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking and Prioritization
  • Ability to learn surety bond programs and systems
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus, especially related to Surety Bonds
  • Education, such as a P&C license or college degree a plus

Additional Information

Full Time. Competitive benefits. ON-SITE. Must work in the office 8:30-5 (M-F) 1 hour lunch
