K+S Services, an industrial equipment repairs and service industry company, has a great opportunity for the right person who is willing to learn! We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Account Manager Assistant - Entry Level for K+S Services, in support of Pratt & Whitney at the North Berwick, ME location. The Account Manager Assistant - Entry Level position will have hands on responsibility in supporting the on-site activities under the guidance of the Account Manager who is the primary liaison between company and the customer on all day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare repair components for shipping to K+S and other vendors.

• Receive repaired components from K+S and other vendors.

• Manage internal (STAMP) database, ensuring data input accuracy and integrity.

• Assist in the management and accuracy of inventoried repairable assets.

• Be customer service oriented.

• Maintain working relationship with customer's Purchasing, Maintenance and Engineering departments.

• Assist in managing account in the absence of the account manager.

What We Need From You:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and skills to grasp new software quickly.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities in a calm demeanor.

• Highly detail oriented is a plus.

• Willingness to learn new tasks.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Entry-level experience level.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
