Assistant Accountant

Leobit is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our team.
Location: Lviv/Office (Lviv, Stryiska, 108)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing bank payments, tracking and documenting all expenses related to office operations
• Organization and control over the process of transferring, receiving, processing, and storing documents between PEs and LLC
• Organization and control of accounting documents to ensure their proper storage (classification, sorting by categories, storage in separate folders or archives, etc.) and accessibility (availability of documents for accurate accounting and reporting)
• Email correspondence and dealing with postal services
• Handling sensitive information securely and confidentially
• Completing other related responsibilities as delegated

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other related applications
• Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant in a similar role (would be a plus)
• Highly focused, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Participation in additional professional development courses or certifications will be considered an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a final-year student in these areas
• Ability to work full-time from the office
• Level of English: Pre-Intermediate (at least)
