Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare payments and maintain accurate payment records
• Handle general accounting duties: data entry, bank reconciliation etc.
• Assist in audit-related matters
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as needed

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years solid Accounting field experience 
• Positive attitude towards problem-solving
• Fast learner with high flexibility and detail-minded 
• Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
