ASSISTANT CLUB MANAGER, NF-03/RFT, CAMP FOSTER (TERRA)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 20 years of age.
2. Must have a minimum of three years managerial experience in a club, food or hospitality related operation and/or educational equivalent.
3. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and night time.
4. Must have knowledge and understanding of retail / business practices such as budgeting, inventories and cost controls.
5. Must possess friendly social skills and be able to interact with the customers on a daily basis.
6. Must complete Cash Handling Training Course before handling funds and Refresher Course once per year.
7. Must be able to complete Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively (C.A.R.E) Instructor training to assure serving alcohol responsibly.
8. Demonstrated ability to supervise subordinate employees, provide work direction to other employees, and resolve problems or dispute within the activity.
9. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
10. Must be able to complete USNH PIC (Person In Charge) and or Servesafe Food Manager training.
