Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Must have a minimum of three years managerial experience in a club, food or hospitality related operation and/or educational equivalent.
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and night time.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of retail / business practices such as budgeting, inventories and cost controls.
- Must possess friendly social skills and be able to interact with the customers on a daily basis.
- Must complete Cash Handling Training Course before handling funds and Refresher Course once per year.
- Must be able to complete Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively (C.A.R.E) Instructor training to assure serving alcohol responsibly.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise subordinate employees, provide work direction to other employees, and resolve problems or dispute within the activity.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to complete USNH PIC (Person In Charge) and or Servesafe Food Manager training.
