Assistant Community Manager
Job Description
Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 216-unit apartment community in Titusville, just a short drive from Orlando! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least one year of assistant manager experience at an apartment community.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday each month with an alternative day off during the week.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
