Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 416-unit apartment community, easily accessible to both I-225 and SH 8, in the heart of Aurora! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the office at an apartment community, with 6 months experience as assistant manager. 
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays (if the 3rd of the month falls on that date) with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
