Assistant Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team.

We are expanding our team to support the exciting growth ahead as we build the industry’s best facilities for both pets and people in the New York City, DC and Boston markets. The Assistant Project Manager will support one of Bond Vet’s Construction Project Managers and regularly interact with different departments and vendors. We are looking for a candidate with strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills, with the know-how to prioritize their tasks effectively.

• Partner directly with a Construction Project Manager to help implement project goals
• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
• Liaise with project lead, vendors, GC’s, and A/EOR’sto maintain project schedule and efficacy
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
• Provide construction administration in various forms
• Attend weekly construction calls and site meetings as needed

• 2-4 years of proven and successful experience in project management in a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with construction documents (drawings), budgets (spreadsheets), schedules (gantt charts) and vendor details
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD and/or Adobe Suite a plus
• Ability and desire to work collaborative to ensure successful project execution
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
