At Dedrone you will:

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations for financial accounting and reporting. 
• Support the annual external audit process, resolving findings promptly. 
• Develop and refine revenue recognition methodologies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company policy and ASC 606. 
• Fully implement ASC 606 requirements, including determining Standalone Selling Prices (SSP) and allocations. 
• Utilize advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) to implement Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and align revenue recognition policies accordingly. 
• Ensure accurate and compliant commissions accounting results per ASC 340 and internal policies. 
• Oversee equity administration, stock-based compensation accounting, and tax compliance efforts. 
• Manage and review the US monthly close process; resolve account reconciliations promptly to ensure financial records' accuracy. 
• Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned entities, including cash flow statements, and contribute to flux analysis for consolidated reporting. 
• Supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate and efficient operations. 
• Maintain ERP setup and configuration for accurate data capture and ledger posting. 
• Drive process improvements and enhance internal controls across accounting functions. 

You"re a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred. 
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including roles in public accounting and corporate environment. 
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and SEC regulations. 
• Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and intercompany transactions. 

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite). 
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. 
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 
• Proficient in account analysis with demonstrated expertise in general accounting and financial statement analysis. 
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
