CO Salary Range: USD 110,000.00 per year;USD 120,000.00 per year

Assistant Controller position North Denver area

$110k-$120k base salary range-depending on experience

Our client, a nationwide renewable energy company, is looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to join their team! You will work on a variety of duties including, financial statement preparation and analysis, help with upcoming acquisitions, intercompany consolidations, and manage an accounting team while overseeing month-end close. The sell here is all the hands-on experience you will gain helping a fast growing company continue to dominate their industry. There's a lot of work to be done and you'll report to a manager who is straight forward and friendly!

• Month-end close management including accruals and financial statement analysis
• Inner-company reconciliations and consolidations
• Standardize and streamline processes and manage a team

• 6 + years of public accounting audit experience
• Creative and critical thinker with hands on GL and management
• CPA preferred
