Responsibilities • Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. • Develop and implement patient care policies and procedures. • Manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. • Monitor quality assurance programs and address any areas for improvement. • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of medical records. • Lead staff training initiatives to promote best practices in patient care. • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. • Qualifications • Registered Nurse (RN) license required. • Proven experience in nursing administration or management roles. • Strong knowledge of MDS, Medicare, and HIPAA regulations. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is preferred. • Experience in acute care settings is highly desirable. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
