BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Director VIP-iGaming who will oversee the VIP Digital Sales Executives output across regulated online casino markets. The Assistant Director will oversee all iGaming VIP customer relationships and be responsible for existing VIP account growth, finding and onboarding new iGaming VIPs, upselling new games content, player events, customer satisfaction, prioritization of client and project workflow and staffing whilst also ensuring that all quality of work meets a high standard.
What You Will Do:
  • Develop and drive the VIP strategy and growth plans for iGaming division.
  • Manage, develop & motivate the VIP team in order to exceed business revenue targets.
  • Work with centralized marketing teams to align online and offline marketing initiatives to achieve acquisition and performance goals
  • Manage the VIP program to perform as a retention tool for existing customers and an acquisition tool for new and potential VIP customers
  • Work with on-property casino relationship marketing team to build relationships and align on strategies.
  • Maximize value from our existing VIP players while cultivating new VIP players
  • Daily, weekly and monthly review of the casino/poker player base and evaluating the player's VIP status based on activity where required
  • Work closely across collaborative divisions - product, business intelligence, gaming content, and marketing to align efforts & champion VIP player initiatives.
  • Be the liaison between the VIP iGaming department and all other internal/external entities.
  • Provide a weekly and monthly trading update on VIP performance vs target:
    • Conversations (Calls/Emails)
    • Deposits/GGR/NGR
    • Bonuses/Deposits
    • Change in player behavior
    • VIP count
    • New VIPs recruited
    • Monthly forecasted revenue
  • Development and execution of VIP/potential VIP retention and activation campaigns/programs
  • Assisting with the organization of VIP events and representation at said events where necessary
  • Manage and rollout VIP programme in new States.
  • Work with game team to identify new VIP game types and upselling games content to VIP's.
  • Ensure the department is aware of business needs, updates, and changes in assigned markets and platforms across the brand.
  • Responsible for performance management, including coaching, motivation, and development of VIP Digital Managers.
  • Assist in development of VIP iGaming enabling strategy via tools, capabilities, HR strategy, and analytics in collaboration with VIP Innovation, VIP Ops and Sales, Analysts, state leads, marketing, and reporting teams.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching as well as annual reviews for direct reports using available HR tools.
  • Manage and lead training and communication for all VIP iGaming policies, new tools and enhancements, new hires, and initiatives (e.g., Corporate SMART Communication, SMART 101, creation of training documents, etc.).
  • Manage VIP iGaming budget (e.g., IT investments, vendor management, etc.).
  • Manage all VIP iGaming incentive plans.
  • Use extensive knowledge of casino games and digital iGaming products to provide support for the department and guests as needed.
  • Gather information from department regarding best practices and keep current on all enterprise and online events, promotions, and marketing offers for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Analysts, iGaming teams, and Partnership teams to develop VIP events and offers to drive loyalty and revenue.
  • Coordinate sales programs, activities, and databases with general marketing programs and systems.
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
  • Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
  • Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with focus in Sales/Marketing, Management, or Business preferred.
  • Must possess a minimum of five years of successful Management experience, as well as five or more years of successful experience in direct sales, sales management, or business development background in a related field.
  • A minimum of four years in online player development or VIP customer service within the online casino gaming, sports betting, or sports industry preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Regular attendance in the office
