Assistant eCommerce Marketplace Manager

Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is now hiring an Assistant eCommerce Marketplace Manager to manage the operations of our eCommerce platform.

Job Description

• Define and implement marketplace (Amazon) sales strategy and content optimization
• Manage the daily operations of the eCommerce platform (Amazon) functions
• Manage eCommerce quality control and quality assurance
• Work closely with various internal and external parties, including agency, marketing, graphic designers, system development team, fulfilment, 3PLs etc
• Analyze the online sales performance and assist in the seasonal promotion and advertising campaigns to reach sales targets
• Prepare sales, traffic, promotion reports and competitor analysis regularly
• Assist in new marketplace launch projects including working with external agencies and internal integration project 

Requirement

• Bachelor in eCommerce / Digital Marketing / Communication or related disciplines
• 3 years eCommerce working experience, Amazon is a big plus
• Photo editing skills in Photoshop & Illustrator are a plus
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
• Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work fast-paced working environment
• Good command in English and Chinese
