Position Overview
The AGM is accountable for managing key aspects of a retail wellness clinic including:

• infusing clinic staff with a passion for customer wellness by thoroughly orienting and grounding them in established service standards
• disciplined execution of established systems and processes
• consistent achievement of financial, operational and customer experience expectations
• Regular, constructive communication with employees
• working to improve performance and mitigate risk at every touchpoint
• performing tasks with urgency and accuracy
• using good judgment to solve problems and make decisions
• identifying and repairing customer and employee issues while taking proactive measures to prevent them

The AGM thrives in an environment of teamwork and collaboration, and fosters a culture focused on employee and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities of this role: Goal Achievement and Financial Results, Customer Experience, Performance Management and Leadership, and Operations Management.

Position Requirements

• One year proven experience in a spa, retail, hospitality management, or other relevant leadership role
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations and goals, and delegate tasks
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills 
• Superb customer service skills, and sales experience
• Highly organized, ethical and self-motivated
• Able to manage multiple priorities, make sound, timely decisions, build consensus and be accountable for results
• Reacts well under pressure, accepts responsibility for own actions, follows through on commitments
• Adaptable, flexible, and hands-on
• Understands and is able to translate company goals into short and long-term tactics
• Uses problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with a bias for action
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality
• Able to translate performance data and personal insight into meaningful and actionable improvements

What We Offer

The Company pays an hourly wage range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth. Additionally, the following benefits are offered for full-time employment.
