The Assistant General Manager of Skiptown will lead their team in providing excellent service and care for our human and dog customers. They will strategize and execute on hospitality focused initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets and they will champion the Skiptown Standard of Operational Excellence.

Our up to 52,000 sq. ft indoor and outdoor space offers dog daycare, boarding, grooming, training and a social bar - and retail.

As our General Manager you will…

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience and guest satisfaction 
• Ensure the Bar & Park Supervisors are holding the Bar & Park teams to all processes and policies according to the Skiptown Standard
• Drive revenue to meet monthly targets
• Ensure the Bar and Park are staffed to meet growth and service demand consistently
• Lead implementation of new Hospitality processes and product offerings at Skiptown Atlanta - Kirkwood
• Drive local Marketing and Events

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in the service industry 
• Experience managing a high performing team
• Must love dogs
