Job Description:
A dynamic real estate management firm is looking for a versatile and motivated professional with experience in graphic design and executive support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong teamwork and independent work skills. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and the capacity to support the Art and Creative Director while also working closely with the company’s executive team at our corporate headquarters in the West Village.
Responsibilities include but are limited to:
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas.
• Create and edit graphics and images.
• Develop branded content for social media.
• Conduct research related to marketing and branding efforts.
• Manage the day-to-day of the office executive team.
• Handle purchases upon request using company funds.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
• Represent the employer professionally and deliver positive outcomes.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• High-volume administrative responsibilities
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office 360(Excel, PDF, Word).
• Competence in both PC and Mac platforms.
• Understanding of clean design principles, including typography, margins, and white space.
• Experience in retouching, polishing, and creating mock-ups.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Preferred:At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bonus Skills:Valid driver’s license, knowledge of social media development and management.
