Assistant, Instructor Strategy

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Talent Administrative Assistant to support several functions within the Talent Strategy Team at Peloton. The Talent Strategy Team is the team focused on the daily support of the Global Instructor Team. Functions of this team include: casting & onboarding of new instructors, instructor brand strategy, day-to-day support of instructor schedules, shoots, promotions, resources, and other company initiatives as it relates specifically to instructors. Our ideal candidate works collaboratively with senior leadership and understands the nuance and confidentiality of working with on-air personalities. With the instructor's work and wellbeing at top of mind, this role will support teams of Peloton talent with fairness, grace, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Work closely with Instructor Strategy leadership to support time content focused initiatives, projects, events and improvements to the instructor support system.Ā
Assist in daily administrative needs for fitness talent, including schedule communication, travel and accommodations, physical therapy, physical training, social media asset creation and delivery and security.Ā
Coordinate vendors and payment schedules to support styling, hair, make up, wardrobe and beauty needs for daily production and high profile events.
Track and update instructor trackers, requests and databases, including schedules, certifications, member engagement, wellness, expenses and locker room needs & special requests.Ā Ā
Schedule calls, meetings, and other correspondence with instructors for the Instructor Strategy team and other instructor team stakeholders.
Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for new instructors and current instructors pursuing new modalities and class content.Ā
Assist to execute & act as talent support in marketing and content shoots, member events, and activations with instructors.Ā
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
0-1 years of working experience in television, entertainment, or event management, ideally with on air talent and/or fitness experts.
Confidence, clear communication skills and a positive, can-do mentality
Experience in Google Suite required.
Ability to work with talent in a confidential environment
Base Salary: $26/hr
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.Ā
