Assistant, Instructor Strategy

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Talent Administrative and Executive Assistant to support several functions within the Instructor Strategy Team at Peloton, and to support our Instructor Leadership directly. The Instructor Strategy Team is the team focused on the daily support of the Global Instructor Team. Functions of this team include: day-to-day support of instructor schedules, shoots, promotions, resources, training, development, and other company initiatives as it relates specifically to instructors. Our ideal candidate works collaboratively with senior leadership and understands the nuance and confidentiality of working with on-air personalities. With the instructor's work and wellbeing at top of mind, this role will support teams of Peloton talent with fairness, grace, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Assist in calendar management and scheduling appointments, events, and appearances for instructor leadership, and as well as planning travel, accommodations and ground transportation
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal Peloton partners and agents, PR team, and brand partners for instructor leadership
• Oversee social media and promotional strategy for instructor leadership, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement on instructor social accounts, as well as managing and updating website and media kits. 
• Assist in daily administrative needs for all fitness talent, including travel and accommodations, production schedules, wellness & physical therapy, and physical training and brand development. 
• Coordinate vendors and assist directly with physical wellness and performance needs as required for the instructors’ daily production and high profile events. 
• Track and update instructor records and databases, including schedules, certifications, member engagement, expenses and locker room needs & special requests.  
• Schedule calls, meetings, and other correspondence with instructors for the Instructor Strategy team and other instructor team stakeholders.
• Assist to execute & act as talent support in marketing and content shoots, member events, and activations with instructors. 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 1-2 years of working experience in television, entertainment, or event management, ideally with on air talent and/or fitness experts.
• Confidence, clear communication skills and a positive, can-do mentality
• Willingness to travel and work occasionally on weekends. 
• Experience in Google Suite required.
• Ability to work with high profile on-air talent in a discretionary, confidential environment.

Base Salary: $26/ Hr

The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
