As part of the Authentication leadership team you will oversee a team of Authenticators as they process a variety of items including Handbags, Shoes & Accessories and Ready to Wear. You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business to ensure proper inventory control and service level agreement compliance.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and monitor individual and team performance against department goals
  • Maintain positive team culture

Management & Communication

  • Attend Authentication meetings
    • Communicate Authentication initiatives and strategies to team 
  • Lead weekly team huddles to deliver department and business updates 
  • Hold bi-weekly touch bases with individual team members to discuss performance
    • Deliver necessary disciplinary measures
  • Key point of contact for team attendance 
    • Track attendance policy and adherence
    • Review and approve PTO/VTO/UTO requests
    • Approve timecards & submit payroll
    • Oversee timecard adjustments

Training & Team building Tasks

  • Interview potential candidates for eligibility and experience  
  • Assist with onboarding and training new hires
  • Monitor performance during new hire ramp period 
  • Drive a positive team culture and work environment

Reporting Analysis & Projects

  • Leverage reporting and dashboards to monitor individual, team and department performance against set goals
  • Analyze data to identify root cause and opportunities for improvement 
  • Prepare proposals for course correction and process improvement 

Scheduling

  • Some holidays and weekends required
  • Early & late hours required
  • Schedule may adjust according to changing business needs 

What You Bring To The Role

  • 3+ years’ experience leading a highly functioning team in a metrics-based environment
  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion experience
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align work with company goals
  • Ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience
  • Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team culture 
  • Highly motivated, dependable and proactive
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a solutions focus
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite

Preferred Requirements

  • College degree in a relevant area of study (Fashion Merchandising, Textile Science, Business Administration,etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of TRR and Authentication processes and procedures

The expected hourly rate for this role is $60,333.00 - $70,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
