ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and motivated Individual to join our growing team. As a part of the Budgeting and Forecasting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our organizations planning, forecasting and tracking of sales performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder management & Reporting: Interact with various people/ departments to gather business requirements, work with the BI and Budgeting teams to generate the relevant reports, forecasting and budgets.
• Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business processes using data analysis..
• Process Improvement : Document current and existing process of Budgeting, Forecasting and Sales Performance and work with the relevant stakeholders and Budgeting teams to improve the processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of the markets we operate in and gather insights on competitors to incorporate into planning and forecasting.
• Sales Performance: Understand and track the key commercial performance levers providing visibility to all commercial teams and senior management on performance and use it to identify opportunities tracking against external market conditions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in Startups, Commercial Functions is preferred but not mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering. 
• Proven experience in strategy and planning.
• Prior experience in Working across multiple stakeholders (Senior -mid level).
