Assistant Manager - Finance

The Senior Finance Analyst leads a large team and is responsible for the delivery of an effective service to the business. The role is accountable for a number of specific (often specialist) teams. The Senior Finance Analyst works closely with the Head of Near/ Offshore SSC to ensure services are delivered to the business in an efficient and effective manner. The Senior Finance Analyst also acts as an escalation point, identifying and resolving potential issues before they become significant.

Job Description:

Leading, developing and motivating a large team in the GDC, typically responsible for a wide range of Finance Business Processes, including specialist and technical accounting teams.
Supporting the Global Process Owners (GPOs) and the Head of Near/ Offshore SSC to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Providing a point of escalation where service issues are identified, redeploying resources to address potential issues before they become significant.
Leading the sharing of best practice and the delivery of process standardisation, automation and simplification of processes across numerous teams in the GDC
Leads the implementation of risk management and control improvements across relevant teams in the GDC.
