Participates in the interaction with business teams to understand, and detail various customer strategies and related initiatives / business challenges. Proficient in SAS / SQL and utilize these tools effectively to derive meaningful and actionable data-drive insights to support decision making by the business. Designs and implements methods to gauge program effectiveness. Designs and implements data decision support systems to measure projects effectiveness and business prospects. Develop, maintain and enhance statistical models to help drive profitable decisions across the company. Manage tactical segmentation schemes to improve customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. Perform a variety of ad hoc analytics projects to support business initiatives.

Assistant Manager, Global Business Decisions & Strategy will be responsible for overseeing the performance management for the NA digital team, looking for improvement areas/problem solving with customer data, marketing KPIS and financial KPIS. The person has to work directly with the execution part of the business to provide support as needed in terms of data, insights, problem solving, etc. The candidate will work with the global team to standarize the performance management for the region, will be also in charge of the planning process, overseeing the customer section and working with cross functional teams to understand the business needs.

Candidate will work as a bridge between cross functional teams and regional partners. Will have conversations with leadership team and will be involved in special projects that contribute to the revenue of the digital business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work as a cross functional support focused on improving our digital performance management for NA, setting clear strategic goals aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Identifying opportunities to resolve customer pain points, solve complex business problems and align expectations with the regional partners to manage the performance of the digital business.
  • Build customer segments based on defined criteria, setting up, testing, and completing quality assurance for marketing campaigns.
  • Work directly with the regional partners to create the business plan for next year.
  • Work with the region and central team to provide monthly forecast to understand business decisions being made and the implications.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Proficient in SQL/SAS
  • Proficient in Power BI
  • Phyton/R is a plus
  • Cohort Modelling is a plus

Salary
The salary range is $74,500.00 – 127,000.00 per year, total on-target earnings include short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
