Profile Summary

  • A dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations professional with extensive experience in managing On-boarding, off-boarding, benefits and statutory compliance. Adept at handling diverse HRMS platforms, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate employee database and records. Proficient in benefits administration. Skilled at working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring process efficiency. Committed to delivering accurate, timely solutions and supporting organizational objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
  • Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the India pre-onboarding, On-boarding, BGV and Off-boardings.
  • Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, Talent & Culture, and other internal functions or departments
  • Manage employee benefits such as insurance policies, term insurance, meal card programs.
  • Responsible for timely attending the client-based audits and coordinate with the internal stake holders to complete the tasks.
  • Maintain strong expertise in HR audits, statutory requirements and Benefits.
  • Generates and creates ad-hoc reports on On-boarding, exits and other MIS reports.
  • Assists with Insurance renewals with the TPA.
  • Maintains and files documentation, creates internal company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with sensitive data and has a strict understanding of privacy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance required; Accounting Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in HR Generalist role
  • Extremely strong Excel skills and strong MS Word, Outlook, and SharePoint skills; NetSuite/OpenAir experience a plus.
  • Extensive experience in HR Audits, Employee Benefits and Statutory Compliances.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, preferably Darwin Box.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving /judgment skills, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, meet all deadlines, and is extremely dependable.
