Job Description

Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for recruitment focuses on implementโ€™s recruitment strategy in order to quickly fulfill job vacancies and ensure that employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business

What you will do?

  • Perform Recruitment Process for managerial, exempt, and professional roles
  • Proactive coordinate with concerned departments for second or final interview and conclusion
  • Implement various outreach plans for different target talent pools to
  • Analyze effectiveness of various sourcing approaches and tools
  • Manage external stakeholders and vendors involved in the sourcing and attraction of talent
  • Implement strategic sourcing solutions that will allow us to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Grow Ninja Vanโ€™s campus recruitment capability in partnering with feeder universities and top graduates from top universities
  • Consult with hiring managers and team to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

What you will need?

  • More than 5 year experience in human resources management especially in recruitment end-to-end process with supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
