In this role you will work as a member of the Digital Payment Product team with a focus on building the online payment experience of customers.
Role ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Own product definition, requirement research, testing and launch of digital payment capabilities
• Be the subject matter expert in the team on digital payments.
• Work with core payments, risk, engineering and program teams to launch new payment methods and risk solutions across the globe
• Create sprint roadmap based on corporate roadmap. Own product requirements and author user stories.
• Partner with engg., core payments and regions to optimize product performance on an ongoing basis and drive team KPIs.
• Effectively use analytics tools, AB test tools and other front-end tools to better understand customer behavior and drive optimizations
• Manage product rollouts ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Infosec.
Role RequirementsÂ
- 7+ years of product management experience in the digital space.
- Consumer product management experience, with a deep understanding of technical ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to constantly deep dive and take decisions on the basis of data.
- Experience creating wireframes, workflow diagrams, product features & stories
- Experience driving projects with cross functional colleagues
- Strong business writing, presentation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
- Great attention to detail coupled with experience seeing the bigger picture, prioritizing competing needs and providing extreme clarity to your team
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in FinTech industry in the digital space - mainly in payment enablement’s: cards, D2B etc.
- Experience working in a large corporate environment
