Assistant Manager – Software Development

YOUR MISSION

• Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows and systems using Python and Microsoft Power Automate

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation workflows and systems

• Develop and implement unit tests to ensure the quality of automation workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes

• Document automation workflows and maintain records of system changes

• Experience in stakeholder management and good communication skills to align expectations and priorities

• Self starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines

• 3 – 5 years of experience in programming, software development and automation

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools, including Python, SQL, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, UiPath, and Power BI

• Extensive hands-on experience in software development and writing unit tests

• Extensive experience in mapping processes, developing workflow diagrams, and process optimization

• Experience in a similar role in sporting goods / fashion / supply chain / logistics is a plus

• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects and development tasks effectively

• Fluent in English

• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Always striving for the best

• Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a passion for Sports

• Sometimes travel to Hong Kong office for business / team meetings
