Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Education Requirements:
- B.Tech, B.E, MBA, or any relevant degree
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or EPC domains
- Familiarity with recruitment processes for non-IT positions
- Knowledge of ESI, PF, statutory compliance, on boarding, and off boarding
- Taking care of issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letters, Induction to new on boarding employees.
- Knowledge on Payroll
- Proficiency in using Naukri job board
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
