Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Onsite)
Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $24.00 - $26.00 Per Hour + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary
As an Assistant Menswear Designer, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Menswear Designers in the design and development of new collections. You will work closely with the design team to brainstorm and sketch new ideas, as well as help to create technical design packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for menswear collections for assigned category(ies), from concept to final product, using the PLM system
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new product ideas
- Create design presentations and product specs for new product lines using the PLM system
- Research and stay up-to-date on trends in the menswear industry
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for products using the PLM system
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that products are manufactured to specification
- Participate in fit sessions to ensure that products meet design and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design or related field
- 1+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in menswear
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong sketching and drawing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
- Experience with licensed brands is a plus
- Experience in the mass market or club market is a nice-to-have
