About the Role
The Assistant Molding Manager reports directly to the Molding Manager and will support the molding team in development using a data driven approach to problem solving.
Your Responsibilities

• - Daily Reporting and Escalation of key initiatives and issues
• - OEE improvement
• - Problem Solving and continuous improvement
• - Scrap Reduction
• - Tool/Machine troubleshooting
• - Working hand in hand with maintenance on all aspects of the molding shop

Who we are looking for
Your preferred qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence behavior through positive dialogue and have strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Minimum ten-fifteen (10-15) years technical experience in an automotive or injection molding facility
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and people skills.
• Experience in computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
