About the Role
The Assistant Molding Manager reports directly to the Molding Manager and will support the molding team in development using a data driven approach to problem solving.
Your Responsibilities
- - Daily Reporting and Escalation of key initiatives and issues
- - OEE improvement
- - Problem Solving and continuous improvement
- - Scrap Reduction
- - Tool/Machine troubleshooting
- - Working hand in hand with maintenance on all aspects of the molding shop
Who we are looking for
Your preferred qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence behavior through positive dialogue and have strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Minimum ten-fifteen (10-15) years technical experience in an automotive or injection molding facility
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and people skills.
- Experience in computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent in English (reading and writing).
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
