Assistant Operations Manager

Your role

Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you know how to bring out the best in people? We're looking for someone who can:

• train field support staff
• address and manage operations-related client issues and knowing when to escalate
• review and approve funds received and disbursed
• collaborate with the operations team
• oversee securities received and disbursed

Your team

You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas in the centralized Processing Center. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

• Series 7, 66 9 & 10 are required to apply for this role
• ideally, 1+ years of experience with a leading financial institution
• a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• talented at building partnerships
• known for your solid judgment
