Who We Are:

Assistant Producer

The Assistant Producer will assist the Producer in all areas of production, from pre-production through post-production of Ref still and video shoots.  

What You’ll Do:

• Attend and assist on all Reformation Shoots.
• Support the Producer with monthly shoot planning; including sending out weekly call sheets and communicating shoot schedule to other teams.
• Responsible for prop coordination and organizational studio needs such as craft services and set build outs.
• Assist Producer in finding locations, scouting, and creating shoot decks.
• Assist Producer in coordinating bookings with modeling agencies and freelancers; working closely with photographers before shoots to handle equipment needs.
• Help process invoices and fees for outside vendors.
• Assist Producer with maintaining and creating project timelines, schedules and budgets.
• Manage sending out samples for external content creation.

What You’ll Need:

• Min 1 year of experience producing projects or directly related experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• An understanding of the mix/balance of business, creative, and technical work
• Proficiency with MS Office software, including MS Project

• Ability to travel up to 25%
