Assistant Producer

Your role at Exness:

As an Assistant Producer, you will support production and post-production processes by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, managing digital asset deliverables, and assisting with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth project execution. This role requires a strong understanding of production workflows, technical deliverable requirements, and effective communication to contribute to the successful completion of creative projects.

You will:

• Assist in production and post-production tasks in order to ensure delivery (work with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate deliveries, procure external talent for specific projects, work with team lead on securing assets for physical production)
• Assist with cataloging and managing digital asset deliverables such as landing pages,Voice overs, brand folders etc.
• Assist with lighter admin tasks 

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience in production & post-production environments is a requirement.
• Technical fluency and understanding of formats and deliverable best practictes (formats, etc)
• Experience in working in creative agencies or production houses (would be considered an advantage)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under strict deadlines
• Advanced level of English
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
