Job Description

About the Role...

  • Assist line manager in formulating and delivering effective sales & marketing strategies and plan to achieve business objective
  • Responsible for brand building & management (including product innovation and renovation)
  • Initiates and manages programs or projects on a timely basis that complement approved strategies. Planning and execution of full range of marketing activities, e.g. advertising, branding, CRM, PR, KOL & KOC handling, social and digital marketing, etc.
  • Work with Line Manager and global team to transfer category visions and plans into local marketing business plan
  • Work closely with cross category Task Force team to formulate annual brand plan & 4-8 Quarter Activity Plan (including innovation launch & brand activation) for assigned categories
  • Prepare adequate business data analysis to facilitate team understanding of brand performance and discuss action plans
  • Identify relevant market and consumer insights and turns those insights into opportunities to satisfy customer needs
  • Independently manage brand A&P planning, spending and monitoring
  • Assist to handle P&L and business case

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years FMCG or MNC brand marketing experience
  • Experienced in handling Personal Care or Beauty Industry
  • Skills in building local understanding, brand marketing plans, monitoring & implementing solutions
  • Good at managing launch / re-launch plans with excellent communication deployment
  • Innovative and drive for changes
  • Digital savvy
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills with good business acumen
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Positive thinking
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and good leading skills to achieve goals
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and master complexity
