Assistant Project Manager – 4 Total Openings Semiconductor/Data Center Phoenix, AZ, San Antonio, TX and Reno, NV *relocation assistance available Compensation: $130k-$160k + bonus + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance Company Profile: A rapidly growing electrical construction company specializing in industrial, mission-critical, water/wastewater treatment and semiconductor is adding 4 Assistant Project Managers to their team. Project Manager Scope of Responsibilities: · Deliver projects according to client needs while exceeding expectations · Develop and preserve a positive business relationship with client while ensuring contractual compliance with all parties · Lead the development of comprehensive project plans for each assigned project incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities · Direct all project activities including design, planning, and execution through completion · Drive new business development opportunities to grow the organization · Manage financial performance while mitigating exposure to risk · Provide leadership and support to field teams · Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities Qualifications: · BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, STEM or similar · 1-10+ years as a Project Engineer representing the Electrical Sub or General Contractor self perform electrical (GC) or 1+ years of Assistant Project Manager experience · Semiconductor/data center experience heavily preferred · Project sizes of 25+ million dollar · Safety oriented, ability to multi-task, collaborate with others and set priorities for team · Strong communication skills · Proficient with Microsoft Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Performance bonus Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift Experience: • Assistant Project Manager : 1 year (Required) • Semiconductor/data center: 1 year (Preferred) • Project sizes of 25+ million dollar: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Texas: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
