Assistant Project Manager

Position: Assistant Project Manager needed for a construction company. Location: Santa Clara, CA Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible. Duties: 1. Assist Project Manager by overseeing construction projects on site. 2. Make sure projects get completed in a timely manner and on budget. 3. Coordinate subcontractors. 4. Resolve any problems that come up. Requirements: 1. Must have experience in the construction field. 2. Quality control with subcontractors. 3. Must be organized, energetic, and very detail oriented. 4. Great customer service skills. 5. Bilingual Spanish, preferred. 6. Must have a car/driver’s license.
