Assistant Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities Include: · Quantity Take-Off · Material Procurement · Submittal Review · Produce Requests For Information (RFI) · Planning & Coordinating field operations to meet schedule needs · Vendor and Sub-Contractor coordination · Coordinate and Log deliveries · Cost, Production, & Schedule Review · Field Quality Control · Maintaining As-Builts · Assist in Scheduling · Assist in Application for Payment · Assist in Change Order Pricing Job Requirements: · 3+ years of experience in Water / Wastewater construction projects. · Four-year degree in Construction Science/Management or Engineering or related experience preferred · Ability to read Construction Plans and Specifications · Experience with Earthworks, Concrete Placement, Pipe Laying, Water Processing Equipment is preferred. · Ability to commit to a goal · Ability to learn quickly · Ability to work with a team About Us: Founded in 1979, BAR Constructors Inc. is headquartered in Lancaster, TX, and focuses on water treatment and transfer projects ranging from $1M-$70M.
