THE JOB: As the Assistant Security Shift Manager at MGM Grand, you’ll help protect one of the most iconic and energetic resorts on the Strip, home to world-class entertainment, nightlife, and high-stakes excitement. You’ll lead your team with confidence, ensure each shift runs seamlessly, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
