About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Site Merchandising Assistant to join our Site Experience team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the online shopping experience by building product assortments, configuring content, re-merchandising key pages, and analyzing the impact of changes to improve performance. This position requires a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and a data-driven mindset to ensure an engaging and seamless customer experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Build product assortments on time and with consistent quality. 
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to configure and publish engaging content across a variety of high trafficked pages to align with key seasonal business priorities.
• Re-merchandise pages based on performance data, customer behavior insights, and market trends.
• Create and present reports highlighting findings and recommending actionable improvements that improve Conversion and Product Sell Through
• Execute site strategy for key promotional periods. 
• Improve cross-functional processes and relationships that lead to improved team efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

• 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce digital merchandising; preferably within the footwear or apparel categories.

Each component of the Bombas total rewards package, including benefits and pay, is aimed at contributing to an environment where team members have resources to  manage their lives and are enabled to focus on doing their best work.

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $60,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.

The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.

If hired, the position is “at-will” and the Company reserves the right to modify any component, plan, or program of the total rewards package at any time, for any reason.
